Our Company

Owner Wally Dickey was born and raised in the Conejo Valley. His mechanical ability, passion and love for air conditioning and heating developed in his early teens, working for a Thousand Oaks apartment complex, repairing air conditioning and heating systems.

In 1978 (Wally’s junior year at Newbury Park High School) he started Conejo Valley Appliance, Air Conditioning and Heating. His mom answered the phone on weekdays, and he did service calls on weekends.

In 1981, it became a “Family Affair” when Wally’s two brothers-in-law (Jim and Dan) joined in. As business grew the decision was made to split Conejo Valley Appliance, Air Conditioning and Heating into two seperate companies. Jim and Dan took over Conejo Valley Appliance and Wally continued on with Conejo Valley Heating & Air Conditioning. Later, Wally's son Branden joined and they continue to work together side by side.

Today, Conejo Valley Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is the most reputable air conditioning and heating company in the Conejo Valley. The company has grown by leaps and bounds, but the simple principles are still intact: Consistency, Honesty, Professionalism, and Reputation - the main reasons for our success.
